1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using À La Menu, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

2Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Free Plan

Our Free plan provides basic access to the Service with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans (Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly) provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

3.3 Payment Processing via Paddle

All web-based subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax and VAT collection, invoicing, and refund facilitation. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@links.vip. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

3.5 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

4User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including menu items, descriptions, images, and branding ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, and software, is owned by Sidani Software and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

4.4 DMCA Notice and Takedown

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same. If you believe that content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by emailing our designated agent at support@links.vip with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other specific location on the Service
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as appropriate. We may notify the user who posted the material so they can submit a counter-notification. If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to support@links.vip that includes your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or Beirut, Lebanon if outside the United States) with acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.

5Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest data from other users
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service

6Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Update features, pricing, or availability
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service
• Implement security measures that may impact functionality

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

8Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDANI SOFTWARE (OPERATING AS À LA MENU) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Cost of substitute services
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sidani Software (operating as À La Menu), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account through the Service settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.

11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12General Provisions

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sidani Software (operating as À La Menu) regarding the Service.
