Our Refund Commitment
At Sidani Software, doing business as À La Menu, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for your subscription. Please read this policy carefully alongside our Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a subscription to À La Menu, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.
1Merchant of Record
All payments for À La Menu subscriptions made through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions.
This means Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, handling applicable taxes, issuing invoices, and facilitating refunds for web-based purchases. When you see a charge on your statement, it will appear as a Paddle transaction.
2Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@links.vip. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You will retain access to Pro features until your current period expires
- After your current period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is determined separately, as described below.
314-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days from the date of your first subscription payment. All refund requests made within this 14-day window will be honored with a full refund to your original payment method.
After the 14-day refund period has passed, refunds are no longer available. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, as described in Section 2 above.
4How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@links.vip with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5Cross-Platform Subscriptions
Web Subscriptions (via Paddle)
Subscriptions purchased through our website (ala.menu) are processed by Paddle. Refund requests for web subscriptions should be directed to us at support@links.vip, and we will coordinate with Paddle to process the refund.
iOS Subscriptions (via Apple)
Subscriptions purchased through the À La Menu iOS app are managed and billed by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund for an iOS subscription, please contact Apple directly through their support page or the App Store.
6Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
- Notify you via email or through the Service for material changes
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
